1. What to include in a support request
To help us investigate quickly, include the following details when you contact support:
- Your device model and iOS version.
- The Loreona app version, if available.
- The email address or Apple private relay address used to sign in.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots, or screen recordings if relevant.
- Approximate date and time of the issue, including your time zone.
Do not send sensitive journal entries unless they are necessary to understand the issue. If you need help with a specific entry, share only the minimum excerpt required.
2. App issues & bug reports
We support issues related to sign-in, readings, journaling, voice dictation, summaries, reminders, subscriptions, data export, account deletion, and app stability.
We review bug reports and support requests sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days.
3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Loreona subscriptions and purchases are billed through Apple. We can help troubleshoot entitlement and restore-purchase issues inside the app, but Apple manages payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and refund requests.
- To manage or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your device, tap your Apple Account, then tap Subscriptions.
- To request a refund for an App Store purchase, use Apple's Report a Problem.
- If Premium access does not appear after purchase, contact us with the approximate purchase time and the Apple Account used for the purchase. Do not send payment card details.
4. Account, data export & deletion
Loreona uses Sign in with Apple. If you lose access to your Apple Account or private relay address, contact Apple Support for account recovery and contact Loreona support if you need help reconnecting app data.
- Export. You can export your journal history and related data from Settings → Data → Export.
- Deletion. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Data → Delete Account.
- Privacy requests. Questions about personal data can be sent to [email protected].
5. General feedback & feature requests
We welcome feedback about the app experience, accessibility, writing flow, readings, summaries, notifications, and requested improvements. Send feedback and feature requests to [email protected].
6. Safety & urgent help
Loreona is a reflective journaling and tarot app. It is not a crisis service, medical service, mental health service, legal advisory service, or financial advisory service.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, contact emergency services or a qualified professional in your area. Loreona support cannot provide emergency assistance.
