1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Loreona, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Loreona is (and is not)

Loreona is a journaling and reflective self-exploration tool that uses tarot symbolism and AI-generated interpretations.

Loreona is provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical service, mental health service, crisis service, financial advisory service, legal advisory service, or fortune-telling service.

Readings, summaries, and interpretations are symbolic and should not be treated as factual, predictive, diagnostic, or professional advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

3. Accounts

Loreona currently uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account.

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & trial access

• Free. The free tier is available without payment information.
• Trial. Eligible users may receive temporary access to Premium features at no charge. Unless otherwise stated, trial access automatically expires at the end of the trial period.
• Premium. Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple using the pricing shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Subscription management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of journal entries, reflections, voice recordings, and other content you create in Loreona.

You grant Loreona a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including generating readings, summaries, transcriptions, and related features.

Loreona does not use your journal content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Loreona in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or automate extraction of app outputs.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others.
• Use the service in a way that could damage or impair platform stability or security.

7. Termination

You may stop using Loreona at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if continued operation of the service requires it.

8. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loreona. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Depending on jurisdiction, the minimum age requirement may be increased before public launch to align with regional privacy regulations.

9. Export controls & sanctions

You may not use Loreona if you are located in a country or region subject to applicable trade embargoes or sanctions, or if you are prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.

10. AI-generated content

Loreona uses AI systems to generate readings, summaries, reflections, and interpretations.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate in some situations. You should not rely on generated content as a substitute for professional judgment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or factual verification.

11. Disclaimers & limitations

Loreona is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loreona and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or reliance-based damages arising from use of the service.

Additional legal provisions — including governing law, dispute resolution, jurisdiction, and regional consumer rights — may be added before public launch.
